The City of Lamoni Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing on the proposed update of the City of Lamoni Zoning Ordinance, which is currently known as Chapter 165 of the Lamoni Code or Ordinances. In February 2025 the Lamoni Trails Commission submitted a grant application to the Paint Iowa Beautiful Grant.
