For those who enjoy the campfire but don’t care to walk, you are welcome to come as early as you wish, relax with friends, and then enjoy the campfire when that begins.  You may wish to bring a chair and some mosquito repellant!

For those who enjoy walking the bike trail after full dark so that you can appreciate the complete effect of the full moon, we invite to come to the campfire and then walk the trail after the campfire.  By that time dusk should be over and (unless there is cloud cover) you will be able to enjoy the moon in all of its fullness.

As has been our practice this year, if the weather is bad, the walk will not be held.  If you want to check that night to see if the walk is being held, please call Steve Smith at (641) 442-5818.
